License to Use the App:

3.2 Data Ownership: You retain ownership of any data or information you provide or generate through the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze your data for the purpose of improving and enhancing the App's functionality.

3.3 Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your data and maintaining appropriate backups.

Intellectual Property:

4.1 Ownership: The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Season or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Prohibited Use: You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranty: THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease, and you must immediately stop using the App and delete any copies in your possession. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Florida.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Season regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
